郎园station位于朝阳区半截塔路53号的郎园·station，原北京纺织仓库，始建于上世纪60年代，曾隶属北京纺织局，项目将以文化搭起国际交往的桥梁，并通过借鉴欧洲成熟国家城市更新的经验，以国际视野，实现精品文化驱动城市更新。

Located in langyuan ·station, no. 53 banjie tower road, chaoyang district, the former Beijing textile warehouse was built in the 1960s and was once affiliated to the Beijing textile bureau. The project will build a bridge of international communication through culture, and achieve urban renewal driven by fine culture with an international perspective by learning from the experience of urban renewal in mature European countries.

项目占地203亩，具有铁路专用线，完整保留了30座仓库以及2.23公里产权铁路，库内建筑宽敞高大，工业遗产底韵十足。项目北临坝河、南临亮马河，西侧被将府公园包围，随着第四使馆区的建设和坝河、亮马河的改造，郎园station必将成为五环内城市绿肺中的一颗文化明珠。

The project covers an area of 203 mu and has a special railway line. It completely retains 30 warehouses and 2.23 kilometers of property railway. The buildings in the warehouse are spacious and tall, and the industrial heritage is full of charm. The project is adjacent to bahe river in the north and liangma river in the south, and will be surrounded by fufu park in the west. With the construction of the fourth embassy district and the transformation of bahe and liangma river, langyuan station will become a cultural pearl in the urban green lung within the fifth ring road.
